听完x老师与众不同的英语课,感想颇多,该教师良好的素质,是有目共睹的,他对英语课堂的.大胆颠覆的勇气是值得大家钦佩的。虽然这不是一节完美的课,但是x老师在教学中所折射出的教学理念是先进,这点是毋庸置疑的,是非常值得我们学习的。听完课,他让在场的老师真正感受到了“教无定法”。该教师打破常规,选择了人与动物和谐关系的话题。在进行课题引入是的时候,让学生看一段录像,创设了无声胜有声的情境。接下来不失时机的让学生用学过的英语进行交流。利用最好的环境(在场的英语老师)来进行教学。让英语老师们把自己很靓丽的部分展示出来。这样自然的引入就非常的合时宜。该教师能准确把握三年级的学生的特点,准确把握时代的脉搏,该教师选择了奥运,选择了福娃。
虽然该教师教学的时候没有什么特别的目标,但是正如一位资深的英语教研员所所的,语言的教学的最终目标不仅仅是让学生学会运用,该教师达成的是教育的大目标,这就是是塑造人,培养人,熏陶人。而这些,x老师都做到了。
英语研修日志1这次英语国培学习,使我受益匪浅。我认真学习每个专题,认真听,认真看,认真笔记,感触很多,我将将其运用到我的课堂教学中去。用它去激发我的学生学习英语的兴趣,积极性和主动性。
一,课前准备
1、了解学生
学生是学习的主体,也是课堂教学的主体。我在备课时不但备课本而且还要备学生。学生存在个性差异性知识差异,作为教师,掌握学生的性格、学习英语的兴趣和英语知识水平很关键。
2、联系实际,明确教学目标
《英语课程标准》针对学生不同年龄段的身心特点,对不同学段的教学目标做出了科学而具体的规定。这一标准是我们英语教师制定教学目标的依据。
3、充分利用教学资源,合理安排教学内容
新课标鼓励教师根据自己的教学实际读教材并进行灵活运用,可补充、可删减、可扩展和可调整教学顺序和方法。教师善于利用课程资源(广播影视、录音、录像资料、直观教具和实物、多媒体光盘资料、各种形式的网络资源、报刊杂志),设计话题以激发学生的感兴趣,激发学生互动的活动,培养学生英语语言的能力。
二、组织课堂教学
可从以下几个方面入手:
1、解决学生的错误
错误是难以避免的,但尊重学生出发。学生说话时有错,可以幽默的提醒。不停的纠错会削弱学生的信心,也不能培养大声说英语的习惯。在实践中,我特意安排几位上课容易走神的同学来给其他同学纠正,前提是等其他同学讲完,这一方法起到一举两得作用。
2、教师的课堂作用
巡视教室,在教室里四处走动,观看学生的活动,指导学生的活动,给需要帮助的学生提供帮助,让他们积极参与到课堂活动在中来。不要只站在讲台处,除了在黑板上板书外,其他时间教师要到学生身边去。在学生回答问题时,更靠近他们,学生会感到更亲切,对于英语水平不好的学生看来,这是一种鼓励,当然应以鼓励的眼光看他们。
3、学生的课堂问题
鼓励学生提出问题,寻找问题,然后毫无疑问及时帮助学生解决。只有爱学习的学生才能做到提出问题,这是他们爱学习的一种表现。教师要充分肯定学生的问题,及时解决有助于树立学生的信心。这样,开发了学生的创新思维,提高了学生的英语学习能力。
4、作业的布置
这是教师不可忽视的。作业的布置要有针对性,主要是针对本堂课的内容。
总之,我们要不断提高个人业务水平和个人修养,本着“为了一切的学生,一切为了学生,为了学生的一切”的精神,根据课改的要求不断对教学方法和教学手段进行改进、创新,改进教学方法,提高教学质量,激发学生的学习英语的兴趣。学生的知识水平一定得到很大的提高。
英语研修日志2英语教学不仅是一个认识过程,还是一种情感活动过程。学生的学习情感调控得好,可以变被动学习为主动学习。首先要让学生在获得知识、解决问题的过程中亲身感受英语知识的广泛应用,以此激发学生的求知欲,让其产生肯定的学习情感,使他们认识到如果想拥有一个美好的未来,且能更好地胜任以后的工作,必须学习英语并且一定要学好英语。其次,教师要注重对学生的感情投入。通过教学中许多细微之处对学生科学引导、热情帮助,使学生切实感受到老师的爱心和对自己的关怀,时时刻刻感觉老师在关注自己,使之“亲其师,信其道”,这样师生之间就会产生情感共鸣,学生对英语课就会产生强烈的兴趣,由厌学转化为好学、爱学、乐学。最后,在教学过程中教师要注意批评的艺术和技巧,要维护学生的自尊心。
学习语言最怕缺乏语言环境,课上没有英语气氛,会使具有好动、情感易变特性的学生感到枯燥乏味。运用多媒体,精心设计好每一堂课,把抽象的语言、单调的词汇、语段具体化、生动化、形象化,就会深刻地吸引学生的注意力,激发起学习情趣,迅速培养其学习兴趣,提高其学英语的能动力。如把词汇放到句子里,再运用投影把抽象的文字符号以各种绚丽多彩的画面呈现,动词以动作表现,名词以实物或静物画面表现,其它难以单独表示的就配以恰当的语言环境,或老师用手势、表情来辅助表现,这样就会把抽象的东西具体化、形象化。
愿意表现自己并希望得到认可,这是每个学生的心声。教学中,教师要尽可能多地给学生提供和创造表现自己的机会。课堂上的双边和多边活动,能使不同程度的学生都积极参与课堂教学。那些知识运用灵活、反应比较快、口头表达能力强的学生会觉得特别“露脸”。课文的改编表演、课外活动中的短剧小品,让那些学习成绩虽不出类拔萃、但具有表演才能的学生获得了“最佳演员”的桂冠。那些有绘画才能的学生在把课文改编成连环画的作业中大显身手,在帮助老师把课文变成投影片中,也淋漓尽致地表演了一番,在大大小小的各类竞赛中,那些表现出众者体验到了站到领奖台上的激动。而“再表现”的欲望,会激起他们的学习兴趣,会使他们在英语课上满怀兴趣,集中精力,课下又根据自己的爱好,翻阅英语课外书,拓宽自己的知识面。从而使学生各得其所,达到健康发展个性的目的。

“兴趣是最好的老师“。学习需要兴趣,学英语更需要兴趣,如何把枯燥乏味的英语课堂教学变的趣味横生呢?根据自己多年的农村英语教学实践,我认为趣味教学的核心就是创造一个和谐融洽的师生关系;轻松、愉快的学习氛围;采用灵活多变的教学方法,让学生做中学,学中用,从而激发兴趣,变被动为主动,提高学习效率。
做研究型教师,不断反思,不断进步。从反思中研究,从研究中提高。反思的一个重要内容就是自己的课堂教学行为,哪个教学环节有效,哪个教学目标无效,什么时候学生发言积极,什么原因课堂气氛活跃等等;反思后进行研究,寻找出优缺点,优点发扬,缺点改进,然后形成自己的教学优势,让一个个教学优势搭建成一架走向优秀教师的阶梯!课后反思,课前还需要研究。研究课文,研究学生,让每一篇教学设计都有一个亮点,让自己的每一节课都有一个笑点;学期之始还要规划。规划整个学期的教学目标和教学内容,其中重点规划写作教学内容,要摒弃“教材即课程“的想法,用好教材,同时又超越教材,将写作教学和阅读教学作为日常教学的重要内容。教师职业没有最好,只有更好。在不断的反思与积累中获得属于自己的经验与方法,并且能将这种方法深化为一种理论,这便是做一名教师的最高境界了。
